Gav Carpenter is a guitar player and singer from Dublin Ireland. He also plays banjo and mandolin. Gav has been performing for audiences all over the world for 25 years now, in variety of groups and as a solo artist. He was a member of The Folksmen D.C. and a founding member of The Black Donnellys. He has played with members of the Pogues and the Dubliners as well as many other famous Irish artists. Gav plays a variety of different music from Irish and American folk music to contemporary pop and rock music.
