Learn to repair, personalize and upholster your own chair or one of our curated collection!
Is it time for a day for yourself, working with your hand and learning new skills? Join this workshop combining upholstery and woodwork! It will be fun, learningful, sustainable and gezellig!
You will work either on your own dear old chair/fauteuil, or on a cool chair from our curated stock, to upholster them from top to bottom (replace the seating belts and foam, place new fabric) and you will refurbish the wood.
You can register for 1-day or 2-days over a weekend, or for evening sessions on Wednesdays. Depending on the complexity of the chair you want to work on, we’ll guide you on the best format.
When?
· 2-days workshop: Saturday 28st of February AND Sunday 1st of March, 10:00 – 16:00
· 1-day workshop: choose between Saturday 28st of February OR Sunday 1st of March, 10:00 – 16:00
· Wednesday evenings, 19:00 – 21:30, on demand
Where: our spacious and bright workplace, at van Alphenstraat 63h, Voorburg. Walking distance from station Den Haag laan van NOI, free parking.
Prices:
2-days workshop (full weekend): 295E
1-day workshop: 175E
Wednesday evening session: 75E
